St. Patrick’s Day comes early for these kids

Wheels for Kids, a nonprofit that provides wheelchairs to kids with disabilities, is hosting the 13th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade next Sunday on Lake Avenue in downtown Lake Worth.

The parade, featuring ROTC members, cheerleaders, antique cars and floats, is scheduled from noon to 1 p.m. Wheels for Kids will be giving away a customized mobility stroller, valued at over $3,000 to one child.

Also look for food vendors, face painting, balloon artists, a petting zoo and a bounce house.
